| 强直性脊椎炎 ankylosing spondylitis 一种结缔组织病，主要累及脊椎及骶髂关节，引起骨性强直及畸形。累及髋关节者占1／4，偶可累及膝、踝及手足小关节。有遗传因素。寒冷及潮湿地区多见。男性青壮年多见。人类白细胞抗原HL-B1280％ 阳性。X射线可见椎体骨质疏松，边缘相连成骨桥，但是仍呈方形及保留椎间隙。治疗重点是缓解 疼痛，防治畸形。截骨术可矫正脊椎驼背畸形、关节屈曲挛缩或融合畸形。还可做人工关节置换术。 |
