Objective:To explore the effects of Guben Huatan Tongmai Prescription(GBHTTMP) on metabolism of blood lipid and nuclear factor-κB in rats with blood vessel blocked by phlegm,and partially disclose the pathogenesis of phlegm-pathogen.
目的:探讨固本化痰通脉方对痰阻血脉大鼠血脂代谢及核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)表达的影响,部分揭示痰邪的致病机理。

《方氏脉症正宗》 综合性医书。又名《医学正宗》。四卷。清·方肇权撰。刊于1749年。本书以脉诊与辨证为纲，卷一以辨脉为主；卷二-四分述内、儿、妇、外各科多种病症证治，每一病证分述病因、辨证、治法、方药及治案；卷末附常用药药性及经穴述要。其论脉以迟数为纲；其辨证以寒热虚实为纲；论人身根本以气血盛衰为纲。所论脉证方药颇为明晰、治病主张同类药并用而反对寒热药并用、气血药杂投。可以说是独树一帜，但也不免于偏颇。现存两种清刻本。
