【处方】
当归 150g 白芍（炒） 150g 地黄 400g 炙黄芪 150g 阿胶 150g 牡丹皮 100g 香附（制） 150g 茯苓 150g 杜仲（炒） 200g 白术（炒） 200g
【制法】
以上十味，除阿胶外，当归等九味粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。阿胶用适 量水溶化，与炼蜜和匀。每100g粉末用含炼蜜35～45g的上述混合液泛丸，干燥，即得。
【性状】
本品为暗棕色的水蜜丸，味甜、微苦。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：糊化淀粉粒团块无色。不规则分枝状团 块无色，遇水合氯醛液溶化；菌丝无色或淡棕色，直径4～6μm。草酸钙针晶细小，长10 ～32μm,不规则地充塞于薄壁细胞中。薄壁细胞纺锤形，壁略厚，有极微细的斜向交错 纹理。薄壁组织灰棕色至黑棕色，细胞多皱缩，内含棕色核状物。纤维成束或散离，壁 厚，表面有纵裂纹，两端断裂或成帚状或较平截。橡胶丝呈条状或扭曲成团，表面带颗 粒性。分泌细胞类圆形，含淡黄棕色至红棕色分泌物，其周围细胞作放射状排列。 (2) 取本品5g，研碎，加石油醚（60～90℃）15ml，超声处理15分钟，滤过，滤液 蒸干，残渣加无水乙醇1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取当归对照药材1g，同法制成 对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验。吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于 同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以正己烷－醋酸乙酯(9:1) 为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干。置紫 外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色 的荧光斑点。 (3) 取本品10g，研碎，加乙醚10ml润湿后，加石油醚(30～60℃)40ml,超声处理30 分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加丙酮2ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取丹皮酚对照品 ，加丙酮制成每1ml 含1mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验， 吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以苯为展开剂，展开，取出 ，晾干，喷以盐酸酸性5％三氯化铁乙醇溶液。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位 置上，显相同颜色的斑点。

应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。
【功能与主治】
养血调经。用于气血两虚，月经不调。
【用法与用量】
口服，一次9g，一日3 次。
