还原型谷胱甘肽


又称谷胱甘肽,一种广泛分布的三肽,它们由谷氨酸、半胱氨酸和甘氨酸借肽键联接而成,人红细胞中含量最多,因其分子内有SH基故略称为GSH。GSH的主要生理作用是抗氧化,是某些酶的辅酶,保护细胞膜中含硫氢基(巯基)的蛋白质及酶不被氧化。当细胞内产生少量的H2O2时,GSH在过氧化酶的作用下,使H2O2还原成水而本身则被氧化成氧化型的谷胱甘肽(GSSG)。它还参加小肠内氨基酸的吸收和肾小管对氨基酸的重吸收作用。
