性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点237-238℃(分解)。微溶于水、乙醇,溶于热乙醇,不溶于丙酮、氯仿,无臭,无味。

制备方法:有多种工艺路线。其中之一是以邻甲苯胺为原料,首先溴化生成2,4-二溴-6-甲苯胺,与乙酐反应使氨基乙酰化,生成N,N-二乙酰基-2,4-二溴-6甲基苯胺;使氨基得以保护,然后再一次溴化生成N,N-二乙酰基-2,4-二溴-6-溴甲基苯胺;与N-甲基环己胺缩合到N,N-二乙酰基-2,4-二溴-6-(N-甲基)环己胺甲基苯胺。最后用盐酸水解去乙酰基并成盐得成品。

用途:本品系根据药用植物鸭嘴花中所提出的有效成分(番爵床碱)的结构而合成的新型粘液溶解性祛痰剂,有较强的溶解粘痰的作用。能使痰中的粘多糖纤维分化和裂解,也可抑制粘多糖的合成,使痰中唾液酸(酸性粘多糖成分之一)含量减少,从而降低痰的粘度,口服后尚有恶心性祛痰作用,使痰液易于咳出,使呼吸道畅通。临床上用于急慢性支气管炎、哮喘、支气管扩张、肺气肿的治疗,尤其适用于白色粘痰咳出的困难者,及因痰液广泛阻塞小支气管引起的气急等症。不良反应:服用本品偶有恶心、胃部不适,减量或停药后可消失。少数病人血清转氨酶暂有升高。胃溃疡病人应慎用。本品毒性很小。
