作用与用法：此酶能增加脂蛋白酶活性，具有A脂蛋白酶的作用，能阻止胆固醇在体内合成并促其转化为胆酸，降低血浆胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和极低密度脂蛋白；升高高密度脂蛋白；阻止脂质向动脉壁沉积，分解旧弹性蛋白和合成新弹性蛋白，并有防止动脉粥样硬化及抗脂肪肝的作用。此外尚有促进血凝、加强子宫收缩等作用。用于II型和IV型高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、脂肪肝等的防治。对慢性支气管炎亦有疗效。
用法用量：口服：慢性支气管炎，10mg／次，3次／日，1个月为一疗程。高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、脂肪肝，10mg～20mg／次，3次／日。2～8周为一疗程。肌注：15mg／日，3个月为一疗程。
注意事项：不良反应少见，偶有过敏和轻度胃肠症状，出现腹胀，食欲不振，肝区痛、口干，嘴唇发麻。无需治疗，能自愈。
