      通过振冲器产生水平方向振动力,振挤填料及周围土体,达到提高地基承载力、减少沉降量、增加地基稳定性、提高抗地震液化能力的地基处理方法。
  
  振冲器的上部为潜水电机,下部为振动体。电机转动时通过弹性联轴节带动振动体的中空轴旋转,轴上装有偏心块,以产生水平向振动力。在中空轴内装有射水管,水压可达0.4~0.6兆帕。依靠振动和管底射水将振冲器沉至所需深度,然后边提振冲器边填砂砾边振动,直到挤密填料及周围土体(振冲过程如图示)。振冲法施工时除振冲器外,尚需行走式起吊装置,泵送输水系统、控制操纵台等设备。
  
  
  德国在20世纪30年代首先用此法振密砂土地基。近年来已用于粘性土中。在饱和粘土的振冲孔中填以碎石,经振密形成石柱的方法(又称石柱法),主要起置换作用。由此形成的地基应按复合地基计算。
