补充资料:螺旋齿轮传动
      由两个配对斜齿轮组成的交错轴间的齿轮传动,又称交错轴斜齿轮传动。图中,过两分度圆的切点C作两分度圆柱的公切面,两轮轴线在该平面上投影的夹角称为轴交角Σ。当两轮的螺旋角β1、β2方向相同时,|Σ|=|β1|+|β2|;当两轮的螺旋角方向相反时,|Σ|=|β1|-|β2|。配对的螺旋齿轮传动,其法面模数mn必须相等;如螺旋角β不相等,则它们的端面模数不相等。与平行轴间的圆柱齿轮传动一样,这种传动的传动比等于两轮齿数之反比。由于齿间的滑动速度往往很大,传动效率低,磨损快;两齿面是点接触,接触应力较大,故承载能力差,寿命较短。因此,螺旋齿轮传动仅用于传递运动或很小的动力。
