地面及其以下的土壤温度。地面温度直接受太阳辐射的影响，白天高，夜间低；夏季高，冬季低。土壤温度的变化随深度增大而逐渐减小，约在1米深处，温度的日变化已消失。土壤深达20米以下时，地温的年变化也消失了。井水冬暖夏凉就是地温终年少变所致。
