| 内环境与稳态 internal environment and homeostasis 细胞外液（包括血浆、淋巴 、脑脊液及一切组织间液）是高等动物机体的内环境，也就是细胞直接生活的环境。内环境这一概念是19世纪法国生理学家C.贝尔纳提出的。他认为高等生物的细胞，生活在一个与体外环境不同的内部环境之中。多种动物的细胞外液，不仅在成分上与身体周围的水或空气不同，而且在外环境成分变动时，或食物等物质进入体内后，仍能保持内环境的相对恒定性。内环境的恒定性是机体生存的必要条件。1929年美国生理学家W.B.坎农采用homeostasis一词表述内环境恒定现象及其中的调节过程。homeostasis是由希腊文homoios（类同之意）和stasis（稳定之意）两词组成，汉文一般译作“稳态”。稳态的保持涉及到全身每一器官、组织和细胞活动的调节，表现在生物系统的各级水平，从细胞到整体。 细胞由细胞膜与其周围环境隔开，细胞内部情况与细胞周围液体有很大差别，细胞与周围液体不断进行物质交换并保持其内部的恒定性，这就是细胞稳态。保持整个身体的稳态，在高等动物要靠激素和神经系统的整合作用。激素保持身体的稳态，它可有及时使激素释放和停止分泌的能力，这就是激素分泌的稳态的保持。中枢神经系统在保持身体稳态中起重要作用，而其本身也要保持稳态。中枢神经系统的稳态依赖于其所接触的内环境的恒定性。 |
