The hot-creep recovery theory was used to cold-propping-adjust the distortion of AV50-16 axial compressor′s blade carrier made of ferrite nodular graphite cast iron.
以AV50-16轴流压缩机铁素体球墨铸铁叶片承缸为例,利用热蠕变回复理论,通过冷支撑校准,选择在520℃保温12~14h的方法进行修复,使变形的承缸获得矫正,且不影响尺寸和表面质量,取得良好经济效益。
