Althrough the decreasing weight and matching weight technique have been used,and the most of decreasing weight technique have been satisfied basically for safy and property in the production, but the wheelset intensity decreasing, demotion using and waster wheels.
轮对动平衡去重、配重工艺在历史上均有采用,而目前在生产中大多数采用去重工艺,基本上能满足安全及性能要求,但生产中也出现了由于去重切削使轮对强度下降,造成了轮对降级使用和报废现象的发生,随着金属冷焊接技术的发展,给动平衡配重工艺提供了新的理论基础,因此对动平衡工艺进行研究和试验具有一定的现实意义。
