桑品种鉴定(appraisal of mulberry varieties)

1.生长的鉴定 每一品种都具有一定的物候期,在育种过程中应按时观察调查,作主评审依据。

①发芽期:选择枝条中上部的正常芽,调查其膨芽、脱苞、鹊口及开叶日期。

②桑叶成熟期:在春期及夏秋期,分别调查从开叶到最大叶面积(成熟叶)所需天数。

③桑叶硬化期:以枝条中部桑叶为准,调查桑叶的硬化早迟。

④停止生长期:枝S支条顶部停止生长时期。落叶期,叶片脱落50%以上的时期。

2.产叶量鉴定 春叶产量在春桑5龄盛食期进行。主要调查总芽叶重,新梢梗重,1kg叶片数等,然后算出条、梢、叶比例,1m长产叶量及亩产叶量等。

3.叶质鉴定:分春叶及秋叶两次进行。鉴定方法以生物鉴定(即用鉴定品种的桑叶饲蚕)为基准,通过蚕的生长发育结果来评定叶质的优劣。

4.抗逆性鉴定:①抗旱性一般在夏秋干旱季节调查。②抗寒性在冬季落叶至春季发芽前调查。③抗病性的鉴定,一般在田间自然条件下,按照各种病害的发生时期进行直接观察调查,也可用人为诱发(病原接种)进行鉴定。
