原料:枸杞菜300克、食盐、香油、醋、味精等调料

做法:

1.先将枸杞菜洗净,切成段,约2厘米长。

2.枸杞菜用水焯过,捞出放凉。

3.加入食盐、香油、醋、味精等调料拌匀,即可食用。

枸杞菜含甜菜碱、芳香甙、维生素c、多种氨基酸、胡萝卜素、核黄素、尼克酸等,可间接增强免疫力。
