coli O26:H11 was isolated from a patient with diarrhea by means of slide method of seroagglutination, biochemical reactions by biomerienx-VITEK32 AMS with GN1+ card, multiplex PCR assay, cytotoxicity test on Vero cells, ESBL assay and the susceptibility tests to 21 antibiotics, and was identified by the NCCLS standard.
