通过对水培生菜育苗基质筛选、营养液配方筛选、营养液浓度优选、营养液部分肥料替代及不同形态氮素形态配比对生菜硝酸盐含量影响的一系列水培生菜技术的试验研究，结果表明：1)基质筛选试验中，选用了蛭石、岩棉、海绵、花泥四种基质，使用蛭石育苗效果最好，岩棉次之，结合生产实践认为岩棉是较适宜的水培生菜育苗基质。
