【植物形态】
大叶乌蔹莓，又名：稀果野葡萄。 亚灌木状藤本。茎圆柱形，绿色，有沟槽，节红色，生黄褐色短柔毛；卷须粗壮，2分叉，与叶对生。叶互生，鸟足状复叶；小叶5片，膜质，狭卵形，中间小叶较大，长8～15厘米，先端渐尖，基部钝圆或宽楔形，边缘有具短尖的钝齿，下面疏被短柔毛，上面中脉和侧脉有毛，或变无毛，小叶柄较侧生小叶柄长2倍以上。伞房状聚伞花序腋生，少顶生，有短柔毛；花梗被疏毛；花稀疏，两性，淡绿色；花萼杯状，上部分离，有疏柔毛；花瓣4，无角，有短柔毛或近无毛；花盘杯状，膜质，全缘或4裂，子房陷于花盘内；雄蕊4，花药圆形，花丝长，超过花盘。浆果球形，黄绿色，熟时黑色。种子3～4，基部极狭。花期5～6月。果期7～10月。 车于山地森林中，常攀援于大树上。分布四川、湖北、贵州、湖南、江西等地。
【采集】
全年均可采挖根，夏季采叶晒干备用。
【性味】
性平，味微苦。
【功用主治】
除风湿，通经络。治牙痛，风湿关节炎，无名肿毒。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1～2两；浸酒或炖肉服。外用：捣敷。
