Objective :By analyzing the change of TCM of releasing heat and eliminating dampness and colcemide on the level of IL-1βand IL-8 in knee-joint fluid of rabbit′s gout,discussing the mechanism of TCM of releasing heat and eliminating dampness on treating gout and proving that dampness and heat are the main mechanism of acute urathritis.
目的 :通过观察并分析清热祛湿中药对兔膝急性痛风性关节炎的膝关节液中白介素 1β、白介素 8(IL 1β、IL 8)的影响 ,并与西药秋水仙碱对比研究 ,探讨清热祛湿中药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的机理 ,来证实湿热痹阻是急性痛风性关节炎的主要中医病机。

目的探讨清热利湿法治疗脂溢性皮炎(肠胃湿热型)的临床疗效。
补充资料：祛湿利水剂
| 祛湿利水剂 以化湿、燥湿、利水药为主要组成，具有利水化湿、通淋泄浊等作用的一类方剂。主要治疗水湿内停引起的水肿、癃闭、泄泻、痰饮、心悸、咳喘；湿热内蕴引起的黄疸、淋浊、小便不利；湿浊内盛，脾失健运所致的胸腹胀满，嗳气吞酸，呕吐泄泻，食少体倦等证。根据作用不同，祛湿利水剂可分为芳香化湿剂、利水渗湿剂、清热利湿剂、温化水湿剂。
祛湿利水剂多属辛香温燥，或甘淡渗利之品，易耗伤阴津，故肿消即停，不可久用；且素体阴虚，病后体弱，以及孕妇等，均应慎用。另外，水湿为病，与肺脾肾关系密切，选方用药应结合脏腑辨证。 |
