【Results】 In animals of high-fat diet,compared with ApoE and LDLR gene knockout mice fed with a normal mouse chow,AS plaques are significantly enlagered with a large number of inflammatory cells and decreased of matrix fiberous component and thinner in fibrous caps with a changed shape and deposited a large amount of neutral lipid drops in plaque.
