莲房 莲房 拼音名：Lianfang 英文名：RECEPTACULUM NELUMBINIS 书页号：2000年版一部-229 本品为睡莲科植物莲 Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. 的干燥花托。秋季果实成熟时 采收，除去果实，晒干。
【性状】
本品呈倒圆锥状或漏斗状，多撕裂，直径5～8cm，高4.5～6cm。表面灰 棕色至紫棕色，具细纵纹及皱纹，顶面有多数圆形孔穴，基部有花梗残基。质疏松，破 碎面海绵样，棕色。气微，味微涩。
【鉴别】
(1) 本品粉末黄棕色。表皮细胞表面观呈多角形，乳头状突起呈双圆圈 状。草酸钙簇晶多见，直径10～54μm 。棕色细胞类方形或类圆形，壁稍厚，胞腔内充 满红棕色物。螺纹、环纹导管直径8～80μm。纤维成束，直径11～35μm,具纹孔。 (2) 取本品粉末0.5g，加乙醇5ml ，温热浸泡数分钟，滤过，滤液加镁粉少量与盐 酸1～2滴，溶液渐变成红色。
【检查】
水分 照水分测定法（附录Ⅸ H第一法）测定，不得过14.0％。 总灰分 不得过7.0％ （附录Ⅸ K）。
【炮制】
莲房 除去灰屑，切碎。 莲房炭 取净莲房，照煅炭法（附录Ⅱ D）制炭。
【性味与归经】
苦、涩，温。归肝经。
【功能与主治】
化瘀止血。用于崩漏，尿血，痔疮出血，产后瘀阻，恶露不尽。
【用法与用量】
4.5～9g 。
【贮藏】
置干燥处，防潮。
