理中丸是张仲景治疗脾阳虚证的传统名方,由干姜、人参、白术、炙甘草四味药组成,功能温中散寒,补气健脾。

脾阳虚 脾阳虚 病证名。又称脾胃虚寒。因饮食失调、过食生冷、劳倦过度、或久病或忧思伤脾等所致。症见纳呆腹胀、脘腹痛而喜温喜按、口淡不渴、四肢不温、大便稀溏、或四肢浮肿、畏寒喜暖、小便清长或不利、妇女白带清稀而多，舌淡胖嫩，舌苔白润，脉沉迟等。治宜健脾温中，代表方剂为理中汤。
