Genetic variations of GLI2 and BMP7 genes were detected by PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing techniques in 604 individuals from three cattle populations (Nanyang, Qinchuan and Jiaxian Red cattle), and association analysis were carried out to evaluate the effects of genotypes of the candidate genes on growth traits of three Chinese cattle (Nanyang, Qinchuan, Jiaxian Red cattle).
本研究采用PCR-SSCP和DNA测序技术,检测了南阳牛、秦川牛和郏县红牛3个群体共604个个体的GLI2基因和BMP7基因的遗传变异,分析了其遗传结构和遗传多样性,并对南阳牛、秦川牛和郏县红牛3个群体在上述基因座位的多态性与生长性状进行了关联分析,以检验这些基因的多态对黄牛生长发育的遗传效应,以期发现对重要经济性状具有显著效应的遗传标记,为中国黄牛的高效选育和分子标记数据库的建立、种质资源保存与利用提供遗传学依据。

制备方法：以混二甲苯为原料，先用98%硫酸磺化，使间二甲苯生成间二甲苯磺酸盐。从磺化反应物中分离出含邻、对二甲苯的油层，水洗、干燥，减压蒸馏出邻、对二甲苯。间二甲苯磺酸盐经水解可得副产品间二甲苯。由邻、对二甲苯经氯化即得1，4-双（三氯甲基）苯：在反应锅中投入邻、对二甲苯，再加入过氧化苯甲酰和三乙醇胺。加热到70℃后，在光照射下导入氯气，于70-80℃反应6h，再升温至100-120℃继续反应，至反应液相对密度达到1.560-1.580（65℃），即为反应终点，停止通氯，减压脱除余氯。降温至5℃，过滤，洗涤得粗品，重结晶，活性炭脱色得成品。
用途：抗血吸虫病药物。对肝吸虫病、阿米巴原虫病、疟疾以及肠道线虫有一定疗效。但对神经系统的不良反应较多见，且延迟反应持续较久。
