| 黄褐斑 chloasma 面部常见的一种色素性皮肤病。面部出现境界清楚的黄褐色斑片，对称分布，日晒以后会加重。多见于女性，无自觉症状。病因不明，有人认为与内分泌有关，如有的妇女在妊娠期出现本病等；该病与慢性病或营养不良也有一定关系。患黄褐斑者应防日晒，外用防光药物。治疗时外用3％～5％氢醌霜、王二酸霜等有一定效果；摄入高蛋白及维生素C也有一定作用。 |
