补充资料：毫针
针刺疗法中最常用的针具。多用不锈钢制成。为了扩展用途，还可在针体上镀金或镀银。其结构分为针尖、针身、针根、针柄和针尾五部分。根据针柄形状的不同，可分为花柄针(盘龙针)、环柄针、平柄针(平头针，无针尾部)、管柄针(管形针柄)等。合格的毫针针尖呈松针形或麦芒形(以前者为主)；针身挺直而有良好的韧性，无伤痕、曲痕或麻点，光洁度和硬度也有一定标准。针尖圆整不偏，针柄牢固而不松动。毫针规格以针身直径和长度为准(见表)。
毫针的选用除了长短、粗细之外，还应该选钢质量比较好、有弹性和韧性、在折弯时不断裂的针具。每次用完针以后，除了一次性针和不宜再使用的针须抛弃之外，还应将针体弯曲的刮直，针尖不正的磨正。针根部往往是断针的主要部位，须勤查。修理完针具以后，将针插入棉垫中，然后进行消毒。常用新洁尔灭浸泡或蒸气高压消毒，消毒后要防止污染。一般情况下须每天消毒1次。
