Method:The serum irregular antibodies of 521 newborns were detected with direct Coombs test,free antibody detection and elution test,and irregular antibodies were identified with microcolumn gel coombs.
方法:对521例新生儿溶血病待确诊患儿通过微柱凝胶卡进行直接抗人球白试验、游离抗体测定、放散试验,不规则抗筛选阳性标本进一步进行不规则抗体鉴定,同时进行不规则抗筛选阳性患儿母亲血型鉴定及不规则抗体筛选、鉴定。
