性质:一个转化细胞系,1957年从中国地鼠卵巢细胞得到。广泛采用的K1亚克隆株需要脯氨酸,因为遗传学上有缺陷,不能将谷氨酸转变为谷氨酸-γ-半醛。该细胞是上皮样细胞,通常贴壁生长,也可悬浮生长。CHO细胞被广泛地用来表达重组DNA的蛋白。
