未分化癌
undifferentiated carcinoma

  来源于上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤,但分化差,不能分清起源上皮细胞的特征。起源于腺体及导管的癌无腺腔和腺管分化,起源于鳞状上皮细胞的癌无角化现象。硬癌、髓样癌多属未分化腺癌或低分化癌。由于起源于上皮细胞的肿瘤失去上皮细胞特点,所以与肉瘤鉴别困难。应用免疫组织化学,若角蛋白阳性,一般可排除肉瘤。
