Methods: In this study,141 patients of parotid benign tumor underwent part superficial lobectomy, and soft tissue defects of 48 patients were repaired by the sternocleidomastoid muscle flap as group A(experimental group), the soft tissue defects of other93 patients were not repaired by any flap as group B (control group).
目的:探讨腮腺良性肿瘤切除术同期用胸锁乳突肌瓣修复面部凹陷畸形,及预防味觉出汗综合征的效果。

Methods Chose 195 breast carcinoma, breast benign tumor and normal tissue who had intact clinical record and admitted in Central south university Xiangya medical college Yiy.
方法选取中南大学湘雅医学院益阳临床学院于2005年1月至2006年9月有完整病历资料的乳腺癌,乳腺良性肿瘤及正常乳腺组织195例,应用免疫组化SP法检测105例乳腺癌,50例良性肿瘤和40例正常乳腺组织中Fhit和CerbB-2的表达情况。

肝良性腺瘤
发生于肝脏的一种极为罕见的良性肿瘤，病因未明、可分为肝细胞性、胆管细胞性及胆管、肝细胞性三种类型的腺瘤。肿瘤甚小者可无任何症状，增大时可有上腹巨大肿块，右上腹痛。腺瘤破裂时可引起腹腔内出血、疼痛及休克。巨大腺瘤、腺瘤癌变或发生破裂出血时均需手术治疗。
