菜蕨
 
菜蕨(Callipteris esculenta (Retz.) J. Smith)

蕨类植物,蹄盖蕨科。多年生草本;植株高0.5-1.5米,根状茎短而直。叶簇生;叶柄长40-70厘米;叶三角状披针形,长50-160厘米,宽30-60厘米;一回或二回羽状复叶,小羽片披针形,长4-6厘米,宽0.6-1厘米。孢子囊群线形,着于小脉上,伸达叶边;囊群盖同形。常生长于水边湿地,分布于华南沿海及贵州、云南诸省。植物幼芽可食用。
