In this paper,while obtaining the high beam quality laser seeder by the the method of twist mode,compensation of birefringence?design of uniform pump cavity and phase conjugation mirror(PCM) were used to improve the beam quality of MOPA laser system.

It was experimental investigated that the output characteristic of MOPA (master-oscillator-power-amplifier) sysem with fiber phase-conjugation mirror operating at lower repetition rate and pumped with different pump energy,and compared with that of acetone phase-conjugation mirror.
结果显示:光纤相位共轭镜对重复运转频率(≤15Hz)的变化不敏感,保真度较高;同时,光纤中的瞬态SBS也能实现有效的脉宽压缩。
