Background:To investigate relatively the result of repair the cartilage full-thickness defects with cultivated the autologous chondrocyte in high density as the bone tissue engineering seed cells, combined it with SIS and chitosan-collagen scaffold to fabricate the tissue engineered cartilage.
目的:对比性研究猪自体软骨细胞低密度与高密度培养后,作为组织工程种子细胞,复合脱细胞小肠粘膜下层(Small Instestinal Submucosa,SIS),构建组织工程软骨,修复猪实验性软骨全厚缺损的效果观察,从而探讨不同组织工程软骨,修复实验性软骨缺损的可行性和效能,为进一步组织工程软骨的临床应用提供实验室依据。
