Based on the wind and hydrographic data obtained from the cruise of the China - Japan Joint Investigation on Subtropical Circulation System in December 1997, the Kuroshio east of Taiwan Island and the currents southeast of the Ryukyu-gunto are computed by three-dimensional nonlinear diagnostic, semidiagnostic and prognostic models in the σ coordinate.
基于1997年12月“中日副热带环流合作调查”航次获得的水文和气象资料,采用海流三维非线性的诊断、半诊断及预报模式计算了台湾岛以东黑潮及琉球群岛东南海域海流。

Using the NCAR/NCEP reanalysis (1958—1999), COADS monthly data(1945—1993) and Kuroshio transport observation from various sources covering 1980—1997, we studied mainly the relationship between Kuroshio transport and ocean-atmosphere interaction in the area northeast of Taiwan in Northwest Pacific (NWP) during winter.
通过对历史资料进行奇异值分解、合成分析及相关分析,揭示了对应冬季台湾以东黑潮流量增强(减弱)时,西北太平洋海区异常失热(得热),北太平洋(北纬20°N以北)上空500hPa位势高度负异常(正异常);进一步证实了冬季西北太平洋海洋-大气相互作用是一个正反馈过程;发现了冬季台湾以东黑潮的暖平流作用可能是维持该正反馈过程进行的一个必要条件;通过超前和滞后相关及合成分析,提出从10月开始,台湾以东黑潮流量异常形成的暖平流作用会对冬季西北太平洋海区海洋-大气相互作用有贡献。

[原料/调料]
油面 1斤
肉丝 1/3杯
新鲜香菇(切丝) 4朵
红萝蔔丝 1/4杯
豆芽菜 4两
葱段 2支
洋葱(切丝) 1/4个
香菜 少许
虾米 1大匙
酱油 1大匙
盐 1又1/2小匙
胡椒 1小匙
糖 1/2大匙
香油 1/3大匙
油 2大匙
水 2杯
[制作流程]
(1)将材料洗净分别切好备用。
(2)将锅烧热并放入油加热，再依序将洋葱、香菇、肉丝、红萝蔔丝、虾米、葱等材料爆香，随后加入所有调味料和其他材料煮沸。
(3)材料全熟后，放入油面翻炒并改小火，炒至汤汁收干再放豆芽菜略炒即可熄火盛起，并撒上少许香菜。
亦可将肉丝、香菇、蛋丝等爆炒入味后再铺在面的表层来丰富内容。
