Because the post-emergency control is the information control based on multi-agent information exchange system, the paper constitutes the extensive information model of multi-agent power system based on conventional information theory.
由于后紧急控制是基于多代理系统的信息控制,文中首先基于传统的信息理论,建立了广义的电力系统多代理信息模型,通过“信息群发和转发”将多代理系统自治、智能、交互的特点和信息学理论相融合,以实现后紧急控制系统容错功能,通过信息量损失最小决策原理对信息辨识决策以满足信息容错的要求；同时通过各个代理之间的交互协议内容的定制和解析以满足信道容错的要求。

中华人民共和国航空航天工业部直属的系统科学、计算机科学及其应用的研究机构，又名航空航天工业部系统工程研究中心。1982年成立。该所主要从事计算机网络、信息管理和数据库、图像处理和模式识别、计算机辅助设计、计算力学、计算机仿真和应用软件工程等方面的研究以及对工程、经济、社会、科学技术、生态环境等复杂巨系统进行建模、预测、优化和政策模拟，为高层决策部门提供定量参考依据。该所已经取得了一些重大研究成果，并获得过国家科技进步奖。1989年后又承担中国航天技术发展战略和政策研究以及航天大系统的总体协调和配套研究等任务。
