Electronic document has the characterastic of being easy to copy,modify and transmit,hence management and archiving of electronic documents has playing an increasing important role in the construction design.

A great deal of electronic documents will be produced in enterprises, many of which in the form of disk files are stored in the computers of each department.

As a new form of existence of document,electronic document have brought new opportunities and chal- lenges to archives management.

Coordinate access control model for electronic documents;

Based on the analysis of the challenge faced with by the management system of electronic documents in high academy,the management system of electronic documents in high academy is located and the characteristic of the system is also given in this paper.
