在活套系统中,由于活套高度(套量)和带钢张力是相互耦合的,这种交叉关系严重影响了被控量的调节,采用自抗扰控制器取代张力调节环节中的PI控制器,与传统的PID控制器相比,采用积分变形避免了微分灾,将传统的控制工程经验通过误差的非线性组合方式引入系统,通过误差估计抑制系统外扰。
