性质:靶向制剂的一种,即将药物包成带磁性的微球。服用这种制剂后,在体外适当部位用一适宜强度磁铁,将磁性微球引导到体内特定的靶区,使达到需要的浓度。这种载体的特点:(1)将药物随载体被吸引到靶区周围,使靶区很快达到所需浓度,在其他部位分布量相应减少,因此可降低用药剂量;(2)药物极大部分在局部作用,相对减少了药物对人体正常组织的副作用,特别是降低了对肝、脾、肾等造血和排泄系统的损害;(3)加速产生药效,提高疗效。制备磁性微球的方法有加热固化法和加交联剂固化法。
