eonkao sheJ-参考设计(referenee design)对火力发电厂某种典型机组的布置及其工艺系统所做的一种标准设计。例如，按《火力发电厂初步设计内容深度规定》编制的主厂房参考设计，是从80年代开始.学习了发达国家一些设计公司编制火力发电厂主厂房参考设计的经验后出现的一种标准设计。它主要是对火力发电厂主厂房布置设计方案、主设备和主要辅助设备选择及其工艺系统做了优化计算和方案比较，并拟出主厂房内各工艺系统和建筑结构设计标准及原则。其目的在于进行火电厂类似容量机组设计时，可以主厂房参考设计为基础结合工程具体情况做若干修改后即可提出初步设计。对设计单位可起到缩短设计工期、控制设计标准、保证设计质量的作用;对项目法人和主管部门在审查类似容量机组项目时，可起到参考和控制建设标准及工程投资的作用。 参考设计的内容一般包括:①设计总说明;②主要工艺系统及布置图;③各工艺系统设计说明;④主要工程量和技术经济指标;⑤必要的专题报告。 到1998年为止，中国己编制了火电厂30万kw东方机组主厂房参考设计，30万kw引进型机组主厂房参考设计和60万kw引进型机组主厂房参考设计。随着电力工业技术的发展和改革的深化，为适应市场经济发展和与国际水平接轨的需要，火电厂主厂房参考设计将适时进行修改、补充和完善。
