这是二阶非线性方程式,其中$v=c(4\piCd)^{-1/2}$是结中电磁波传播速度,c和C分别是真空中光速和单位面积的结电容,d=λ1 λ2 l为势垒区磁场的有效穿透深度,λ1和λ2分别是势垒两侧超导体的伦敦穿透深度,l是势垒厚度,$\lambda_J=(\hbarc^2//8\piedJ_c)^{1/2}$称“约瑟夫森穿透深度”,可理解为位相差$\Delta\varphi$穿透结的距离,通常为毫米量级,$hbar$是除以2π的普朗克常数,e是电子电荷量,Jc为最大约瑟夫森电流值。
