GUOji Fazhi Jijiang ZLJzhi gUOli帅niian国际法制计t组织国际文件(OIML inte~如n目doc~nts)经国际法制计童组织(OIM工)所设国际法制计量委员会(C功几)批准颁布的，帮助各国改善法制计t管理的指导性文本。截至l望赵〕年10月已颁布的国际文件共有26个。其中主要文件都是有关法制计t管理的，如计t法、法定计量单位、计量监督的原则、型式评定和型式批准、计量器具的首次检定和随后检定、法制计量人员的培训、资格和培训程序等。也有一些涉及计t器具，如:电子测量仪器的通用要求、全辐射高温计等。这类文件不直接成为强制性较高的国际建议，或是成为国际建议的条件还不够成熟。国际文件的制订程序和国际建议的制订程序基本上一致，特别是在立项、起草、草案的讨论和修改等步骤上是和国际建议完全一致的。最终草案也是由有关的技术委员会批准。所不同的是:国际文件的最终草案只擂国际计量委员会(CIPM)批准就可正式发布而不孺国际计贵大会(CGPM)批准。(戴润生)
