客户管理制度是指我国外贸企业对客户进行管理的一系列措施,以建立、巩固、发展与客户的贸易关系,扩大出口贸易。建立和健全客户管理制度,主要内容应包括以下几个方面:

  1.建立客户档案。
  2.按照与客户签订的协议书内容,包括经营品种、期限、权利、义务和经济责任等,定期检查履行情况,并督促客户按时提供有关市场报告和商品价格等方面的资料。
  3.加强外贸企业之间的相互联系,及时交流有关客户情况,尤其对信用较差、屡次毁约的客户,要进行通报。
