代理贸易价格
代理贸易价格在国际贸易中通过代理商销售商品所使用的价格。代理制作价的原则和办法是，代理人必须执行委托人在价格方案中规定的价格。在国际贸易中，代理商在成交合同中以买方或卖方的身份出现，收取佣金，所以在成交价格中都使用“含佣价格”，即指包括佣金在内的商品买卖价格。佣金的大小由交易双方协议或根据规定的费率计算。一般来说，商品批量小、竞争檄烈或推销工作量大、经营比较困难或滞销的商品佣金高些;大宗商品，常年购销商品，佣金就低些。含佣价格要在文字上确切说明佣金多少和如何计算，一般应明确表示在价格术语中，如C.1.F.C3就是指包括3%佣金在内的成本加运费和保险费的价格。离岸价格(F .O.B.)也可另加佣金，但一般不与术语相连。支付佣金的方法，可采用委托人在收汇后逐笔结算、定期结算或在货款中直接扣除等办法。采用何种方法，按什么基础计算和支付佣金，应由双方协商并在代理协议中具体规定。
