[Objective]To get some information about the nutrition and health status of rural left-behind children in Hunan province,so as to provide the nutritional intervention project for left-behind children with basic data, and also provide scientific evidence for formulating relative policy, improving and solving the nutritional and healthy problems of rural left-behind children.
[目的]了解湖南省农村留守儿童膳食营养与生长发育现况,发现其营养与健康状况中存在的问题,为进一步开展“留守儿童”营养干预工程提供基础研究数据,也为国家制定相关政策、改善与解决农村“留守儿童”营养与健康问题提供科学依据。

2005年全国1%人口抽样调查数据表明,在农村留守儿童总数中,0~5周岁幼儿的数量规模已达1585万人,占27。

当前,阳新县农村留守儿童教育存在生存环境不佳,生存状况堪忧;学业成绩较差,厌学情绪浓厚;性格缺陷严重,自我约束力弱;道德品质失范,心理健康失衡;行为规范丧失,行为偏差等严重问题,究其原因,主要表现为家庭期望与情感饥渴的冲突、教育条件与人才培养的冲突、新的教育理念与传统教育评价的冲突、学校教育与外界影响的冲突、学业成绩与成材愿望的冲突。

当前,由于大量农村劳动力流入城市而产生的农村留守儿童监护缺失问题一直没有得到有效解决,导致农村留守儿童在身心健康、接受教育、生存发展等方面的权益受到侵犯的事件屡有发生。

The left-behind children in rural areas have a better independent mastery in self-care in life, in self-discipline in study, and in mutual support, and in the mean time, they demonstrate an understanding for their parents\' leaving home for work.
农村留守儿童在生活自理、学习自律、人际支持上,有着较好的独立自主能力,同时对父母外出表示理解;广泛存在于农村地区的留守儿童,由于城乡二元壁垒、本地区经济发展落后、家庭教育缺失、学校教育理念滞后等因素的影响,农村留守儿童群体在生存状态、心理发展、教育状况等方面陷入困境。
