《民用航空器贸易协议》（AgreementonTradeinCivilAircraft）是世界贸易组织管辖的诸边贸易协议。协议由序言和9条及1个附件组成。主要条款包括：产品范围，关税和其他费用，技术性贸易壁垒，政府指导的采购、强制分包合同和利诱，贸易限制，政府支持、出口信贷和航空器营销，地区和地方政府，监督、审议、磋商和争端解决及最后条款等。协议的产品范围包括除军用航空器以外的一切民用航空器的发动机、零件、部件、组件、配件和地面飞行模拟机及其零部件，不论是用于制造，还是用于修理、维护、改造、改型或改装；也不论用作原装件还是替换件，都属于该协议的适用范围。协议规定民用航空设备的购买者可自由选择供应者，各参加方不得用世界贸易组织规定相抵触的方式来限制民用航空设备的进口。《技术性贸易壁垒协议》与《补贴与反补贴措施协议》的各项规定适用于民用航空设备的贸易。协议的宗旨是实现民用航空设备贸易的自由化。至2004年底，协议有25个签署方，由参加方组成民用航空设备贸易委员会。
