Methods Total 1668 healthy adolescents(815 males and 853 females) at 10 to 25 years of age living in Yantai area were randomly selected,Radiograms of knee and ankle were obtained with radiography to observe the fusion of long bone,calculate the fusion age,and analyze the correlation of long bone epiphysis-diaphysis fusion rate and the info.
方法随机选择烟台地区10～25岁健康汉族青少年1668人,其中男815人,女853人,拍摄膝部及踝部正位片,观察长骨干骺融合情况,计算长骨干骺融合时间,并与发育指标进行相关分析。

为常染色体显性遗传，大多数病例起自新的突变。表现：1～4岁生长不良，尤其是躯干，成人身高130～152cm。颈及躯干短，伴有背侧后凸，腰椎扁及前方变窄、齿状突发育不全，鸡胸，骨盆方形，髂骨翼短，髋臼扁而不规则。四肢干骺端呈不规则佝偻病样，尤其是股骨远端，步态蹒跚，关节活动受限，早期关节退行性变引起不适。腕骨发育不全及骨化推迟。
