内科著作。日本汤本求真论述，大冢敬节著。成书于昭和八年(1933年)。书分前后两篇。前篇为证候与治法概论，收载头痛、呕吐、不眠等30种证候，每证先明定义，次述中医辨证分类，联系西医有关疾病，再列中医治方。后篇为病证各论，收载肺炎、胃溃疡、糖尿病等44种病，每病分原因、证候、疗法、备考诸项，间附治验病案。其中病因、证候分析，悉本西医之说，治疗部分则用中医方药。书中多引我国历代医家论述，结合个人心得或加按语。治方主要选自《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》。其以五苓散治肾炎水肿、大黄牡丹皮汤治阑尾炎、大柴胡汤治胆囊炎等均切合临床实际，但惟以病索方，不言辨证施治。曾收入《皇汉医学丛书》中，建国后有排印本。
