位于灵宝市阳平镇荆山脚下，距三门峡市区约80公里。相传黄帝战胜其他部落成为首领之后，在这里铸鼎立法，当法鼎铸成后，黄帝即骑龙升天。后人就将他遗下的衣靴埋藏于此，建立了黄帝衣冠冢，并建庙祭祀。每年农历二月初九，五湖四海的炎黄后人都来此共处一堂，祭祠始祖黄帝。
