Based on the fact that the developmental actuality of school physical education lags behind that of the handicapped competitive sports in our country,the essay appeals to the humanistic concern about the current development of school physical education in special education.

Teachers professionalization is one of the important problems in special education schools.

According to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Education Plan for the Students,all the schools including special education school should popularize the Olympic Education to the students.

This study is to investigate present situation of physical education in special education schools in Shanxi Province and research the situation of physical training and the law of the two kinds of disabled students (person who are blind or deaf) entirely by literature study and inquiring investigation.

By adoption of documentary,interview,questionnaire and statistical analysis,this paper investigated the status quo of PE in special education schools in Anhui province and found that there existed many problems such as an acute lack of sports facilities and grounds and PE teachers,insufficiency of multi-channeled input,as well as ineffective execution of the Sports and Health Curriculum Standard.

This is the fundamental issue which must be considered when a special school is designed.
