Developing occupational environment to enhance employment ability of higher vocational graduates

In recent years,as an employment group of college students that grows rapidly,higher vocational graduates are more and more widely concerned by society.

Based on the investigation of the ways and the difficulties for higher vocational graduates to get jobs,the paper presents a new model for graduates to obtain employment——labor export.

Therefore,we have an exact investigation for the Chongqing talents market so as to make clear the demand for the higher vocational college graduates,improve our understanding and work ability.

Nowadays the employment problem of graduates becomes more severe, especially for the higher vocational college graduates at the bottom of the system of higher education.

Based on the analysis and research of employment status of higher vocational college graduates,the paper, taking Guangdong Communication Polytechnic as an example,puts forward some long-term mechanisms and contingency measures for the employment promotion of higher vocational college graduates.

With the rapid development of medical market demands,a lot of practical pharmaceutical talents are needed,so it is a very practical problem for high vocational colleges how to culture pharmaceutical professional talents not only with the good skills but also better comprehensive vocational qualities to adapt to the market.

The thesis, based on the structuralism concept of curriculum, puts forward that the Graduation Creating Courses should be composed with two important parts, fine arts creation and fine arts education so as to show the essence of the course and the course be changed into graduation comprehensive quality demonstration so as to reflect students abilities.
