金融监管体制
【金融监管体制】金融监管的职责划分和权力分配的方式和组织制度。国际上主要的金融监管体制可分为双线多头监管体制、一线多头监管体制和单一监管体制。金融监管体制是各国历史和国情的产物。确立监管体制模式的基本原则是，既要提高监管的效率，避免过分的职责交叉和相互掣肘，又要注意权力的相互制约，避免权力过度集中。在监管权力相对集中于一个监管主体的情况下，必须实行科学合理的内部权力划分和职责分工，以保证监管权力的正确行使。
