通过文献资料法、影片拍摄解析法、数理统计等研究方法,对国外第十届世界田径锦标赛女子撑竿前8名、中国部分女子撑竿跳高国际健将组和健将组运动员的助跑和起跳阶段进行了运动学技术分析,其研究结果不仅能够寻求高水平选手获得优异成绩的技术特征,而且能够及时对中国选手的技术进行科学诊断,以促进中国女子撑竿跳高运动水平的快速提高。

Using improved Rader-ranging device, we measured the horizontal velocity of all-round approach of male long-jumpers on competition spot.
研究运用改进型运动雷达测速仪,对国内部分男跳远选手的全程助跑水平速度进行了比赛现场的测试,讨论分析了速度最大值、维持高速跑能力、准备起跳阶段中速度下降方式、助跑初速段加速方式及助跑稳定性等因素与跳远成绩的关系,并得出:高水平运动员训练的重点应是利用自身的速度优势完成稳定的助跑以求强有力的起跳,而低水平运动员仍需捉高助跑能力,“速升型”加速方式易出成绩,起跳前应采用缓和的阶梯式速度下降方式等结论。
